This project entailed the creation of new, first-class office and showroom space for this high-fashion retailer in New York's trendy Meatpacking District. Key project features include a four-story concrete, steel and glass monumental atrium stairway with a custom walkable skylight; a stylized rooftop garden with landscaped dunes; a patterned paver system and an expansive view of the Hudson River and Manhattan's lower west side. The facility features custom office furniture and millwork throughout, and a grand-entrance lobby with honed black slate wall panels.
